With over 20 years’ experience in arts development and management I have been involved in initiating, producing and fundraising for events in pubs, community centres and professional venues.

My work has also included providing mentoring and support for artists at various stages in their careers from helping them in their professional development and turning their ideas into project proposals and assisting them in funding applications.

I have also been involved in putting together arts strategies at national, regional and local level in literature, theatre and dance. Working with the arts council and other arts organisations and stakeholders.

In a voluntary capacity I have been a board member of arts organisations specialising in youth music, literature, poetry, circus and theatre.
